If you live in the Portland area, head over to Hillsboro stadium this Saturday for a 2:15 kick off against high scoring Ontario in the state semifinals. The winner heads to the state championship game on November 25. The Marshfield High School radio station is planning on broadcasting the game. You can find KMHS here.
The next phase, Phase 2, of our Raise the Roof project is the actual installation of the roof next summer. We are very close to reaching our Phase 2 fund raising goals. Please consider donating to our campaign. It’s been a long time since the Pirates were in the semi-finals. 1999 to be exact. Let’s reward the students with a roof next summer!
As you can see in the chart to the right, the class of 1966 needs just a little bump of $76 to earn the class the ‘Purple’ recognition on the Quarterdeck Wall. And the class of 1967 is just $250 from ‘Gold’ recognition. You can do it!
The class of 1956 continues to climb up the ranks, thanks to a recurring donation from Bill and Gail Whiteman. Setting up smaller recurring payments might work better for your budget than a larger one time donation.
