Phase 2 – Raising the Roof – begins this week.
Scott Partney Construction will be pouring 30 yards of concrete this week for the settings that will support the roof. The roof should be installed sometime between late June and mid August by our roof contractor Renco General Contractors out of Roseburg.
Special thanks go out to:
- South Port Lumber (Jason Smith) for donating all of the 2×6’s in the roofing project.
- Roseburg Lumber Products of Coquille for 6,000 feet of plywood.
- Knife River Corporation (Chris Peach) for providing the concrete
- Our Raise the Roof Donors
The total value of Phase 2 is approximately $240,000
Phase 3 – Promenade with ADA accessibility and the 5 guest rooms.
Phase 3 is estimated to cost $45,000 which we will need to fund raise. We’ll be reaching out once again to raise funds for this final phase after the roof starts to go up. The components of Phase 3 are:
- A promenade that provides ADA accessibility from the Waterfall Community Health Center above the stadium to the stadium .
- 5 guest rooms for viewing football games and track and field meets. These can be used for donors or other groups.
Again thanks for your support. It will be an exciting summer!
